Athletics Gold Tamborra
Founded in August 2023 by Coach Stacy Tamborra, AGT is built for serious fastpitch athletes who want elite development, real mentorship, and a culture that prepares young women for the next level.
Built By A Trailblazer
Athletics Gold Tamborra is a Georgia based fastpitch organization built for athletes and families who want more than a roster spot. This program is rooted in development, discipline, accountability, and a belief that young women grow when they are challenged with purpose.
Coach Stacy Tamborra was honored with the Triple Crown Fastpitch Joan Joyce TrailBlazer Award, recognizing leadership, service, mentorship, character, and a lasting commitment to helping young women become their best.
We are building more than teams. We are building a family.
The Standard Starts At The Top
Coach Stacy has spent more than 27 years growing the game of softball and, more importantly, growing the young women who play it. Her record includes national championships, elite finishes at the sport's biggest events, and countless athletes who have earned the chance to compete at the college level.
The culture she built is direct and demanding. Older players mentor younger players. Coaches work together. Families understand the standard. Every athlete knows she belongs, and every player is expected to work.
Player Foundation
As a standout pitcher at Florida State University, Coach Stacy earned All ACC honors, ACC MVP, and ACC Scholar Athlete of the Year.
Champions Fastpitch Academy
Stacy is the owner and lead pitching instructor of Champions Fastpitch Academy, which she founded in 2000 on Christian principles. Across five Metro Atlanta locations, Champions has helped hundreds of young women pursue college softball through pitching, hitting, defense, catching, and strength training.
Development Record
Hundreds of athletes have been mentored, trained, and prepared for college softball while coaches and instructors have grown through her leadership.
A New Platform
Athletics Gold Tamborra was founded in August 2023 to give serious female athletes a legitimate platform built on development, opportunity, and belonging.
The Culture We Expect
AGT is built around a simple truth: pressure reveals preparation. We want athletes who are willing to choose hard, handle hard better, and represent something bigger than themselves.
Choose Hard
We do not lower the standard to make the path easier. We prepare athletes to meet the standard.
Pressure Is A Privilege
Big moments are earned. AGT athletes learn to compete with confidence, discipline, and purpose.
Built Different
Development is more than reps. It is accountability, preparation, coachability, and how players respond.
Handle Hard Better
The goal is not comfort. The goal is growth that carries into recruiting, college, and life.
Elite Development Starts Here
AGT is for athletes and families ready to train with purpose, compete with discipline, and be part of a true college readiness organization.
