Start With Player Interest
AGT team needs change by age group and season. Player Interest gives coaches a direct way to understand the athlete, current team, graduation year, positions, and fit for upcoming workouts.
What Coaches Look For
Talent matters, but so do effort, coachability, accountability, communication, family alignment, and the willingness to compete against strong softball programs.
Use The Team Pages
Each team page includes coach information and program context. Review the right age group before submitting interest.
